I am so excited to be able to share a few of my personal fitness faves! I have rounded up some local and non local favorites in an effort to reach all walks of life! Right now it is more important than ever to get up and move your body. These are some great options to do so.Wether you like to hit the mat, hop on a bike, lift weights or simply use your own body weight, there is something out there for you.
Love Cycling Studio
This is my FAVORITE of all of them. I have been going to Loves classes for a few months and have fallen (no pun intended) in love! Their classes are challenging but also incredibly scalable depending on your fitness level. Their instructors are not only wonderful at getting my butt moving, but they are also incredibly talented at helping me "get it all out on the bike". Megans classes are by far my favorite. She is genuine, funny, will push you and give you everything you need to make it through the week. I will be honest, when I was going through some pretty challenging life changes, she gave me the strength to keep moving. Do yourself a favor and take one of their virtual classes. You won't be sorry. If you don't have a bike, that's ok! They rent out the ones from their studio for $30 a day. Don't worry, they have been thoroughly sanitized and they even deliver them to you. Go ahead and fall in love with them just like I did.

Castle Hill Fitness Gym + Spa
Another Austin favorite of mine also offering my favorite classes streamed to my home! They have an array of classes to choose from for all fitness levels. If you are just starting out they are amazing at coaching on form and giving you the tools you need to make sure you are working out in a safe way. If you are in need of some variety, this is a great option for you. Their yoga and meditation classes are to die for. They are exactly what I need in the middle of my day to keep me going. Check out their memberships if you are interested in streaming multiple classes as it will save you money in the long run! I would recommend the VIP membership as it is the best deal to give you access to all of their online classes and you even get additional perks (if you keep your membership) when they open back up to the public. Check out their schedule and do yourself a favor by taking one of their classes!

Wanderlust Yoga Austin
Wanderlust is another great option to help break up the monotony, start your day or end your day. This is a great option for people who want to move but maybe don't need the high impact but want a nice flow. Wanderlust offers tons of classes to choose from, including free classes every now and then. I am a huge fan of their Yin + Restore classes at the end of my day as a way to wrap up anything I am having trouble letting go of and even start winding down for bed. They are doing an introductory offer for $38 for unlimited classes for your first month. They also have an app you can access on your phone, ipad or apple tv. This makes it really easy to turn any space into your own yoga studio!

One Peloton
Although this app is not a local one, I have to say I really love the variety and the challenges they offer. I may or may not have a little bit of a competitive side, so I love the ability to see how I am stacking up in the challenges I have set for myself. They have so many options for types of workouts you can do, ranging from cycling classes to strength training. Their classes also vary in length and are all available on demand. If you are stressing out about anything in the middle of the night, you can hop on the bike, treadmill or even pull out your yoga mat and sweat it out. All of their instructors are great at helping you make sure you are using the correct form in anything you do, especially when you are taking a beginner class! Do yourself a favor and take advantage of the first 90 days free offer with peloton. You won't be upset.

Corepower
Corepower yoga is great if you want a combination of yoga and strength wrapped up into one class. It's in the name! You are going to be engaging muscles you didn't even know you had during their workouts. You can access them via their app similar to the Peloton app. Although they are not local, they do have studios in the Austin area, so you can visit them in studio when it is allowed again. Your first 7 days on the digital app are free and then you can upgrade to a membership or pay monthly. I love their C1 and Core Restore classes because I like a slower flow with some strength added in. Check them out and melt into your mat. You won't be sorry!
